So I created this card for a neighbor/friend that shares the same birthday as me. She is a wee bit older than me (probaly by 60 years or so) and thought she would enjoy the lace and fancy shoes! I used some paper and the shoe from my stash, some ribbon from Hobby Lobby and Prima flowers. I am entering this into the La La Land flower challenge and also the Daring Card Makers "Lace" Challenge.
Oh and did I mention I bought MORE stuff today?? I feel that this crafting is going to be a BIG addiction for me!! But it is so much fun!!

Great card...love all the detail on the shoe. I was going to suggest card sketch challenges are a great way to meet other bloggers who sometimes tend to become followers. I am also finding that sketches are a great way for me to make more adventurous cards.
